    With white and/or brown multigrain bread rolls and garnish. We recommend 2-3 per person

    Hearty spelt & rye bread sandwiches
  • Mini bread rolls
    With various fillings and a fine garnish. We recommend 2-3 per person.
  • Canapés
    With white and/or multigrain bread and a fine garnish. We recommend 3-4 per Person
  • Fingerf ood
    We serve our finger food on platters and in bowls or as individual portions in decorative crockery. We recommend 8-10 pieces per person for purely finger-food buffets.

Starters

  • Soups
    We work on the basis of 330ml of soup per serving and dish.
  • Salad
    Selection of plain or mixed seasonal leaf and vegetable salads with separate dressing and, optionally, topping (croutons, roasted onions, sunflower seeds).
  • Appetisers
    Depending on the number of guests and your requests, we serve the appetisers on platters and in bowls or as individual portions in decorative crockery.

We generally serve our desserts as individual portions in decorative crockery. If you would like your dessert in a larger bowl for self-service, please let us know.
