The days of freezing and frost are over; now it’s all about enjoying the spring air and the sun on your face.

Veal vitello tonnato with tuna sauce, garnished with giant-caper berries

Fillet of smoked trout with fennel salad in a cress dressing

Chopped cucumber & mango salad with chilli, coriander and yoghurt

Herb & leek soup with shrimps

 

Mains

Fillet of cod on a bed of baked tomatoes with sautéed chive potatoes

Wild-garlic tagliatelle with green asparagus

Lamb ragout with parsnip medley and potato gnocchi

 

Desserts

Strawberry yoghurt pudding with chopped pistachios

Coconut rice pudding with rhubarb compote
